Our vision is to provide a rotating variety of exceptional, hand-crafted beers in a casual setting where families, friends, and neighbors experience exceptional quality as we simultaneously give back our community.

Hand Crafted Ales

At Outfield we strive to merge baseball and our farming background with every beer we create.  We source all of our products locally when available.  Our rotating tap lineup seeks to pay homage to America's greatest pastime and our Midwest roots.


Beau Martin- Creativity behind the craft is what drives our head brewer.  With a degree in Foods and Nutrition from Kansas State University Beau continually seeks legendary status with each individual beer.

Greg Bush- Like many others from the Midwest, Greg grew up in Edwardsville/Bonner Springs on the family farm.  He continued his study of agriculture at KSU and uses this knowledge to grow multiple hop varieties that are used in many of his brews.

Jason Kisner- Jason rounds out the team with his love of High-hopped citrus IPAs and DIPAs.  His efforts are crucial to keeping OBC up and running with his technical expertise and behind-the-scenes decision making.
